We start UX/UI design from user behaviour, not from the look of a screen. We lay out the paths and the information architecture, and build the visual layer on what already works.

The biggest gains usually come not from new graphics but from putting the layout of content and functions in order. For the Medical University of Gdansk we designed the whole UX and UI of the platform from scratch, adding features that simplify working with the extranet. For MAG a considered arrangement of how services are presented markedly improved navigation and the readability of the content, without changing the scope of the offer.

A tool someone spends eight hours a day in is designed differently than a page visited once. For Laser DeLux we built a booking system serving many salons within one platform: a client list with full service history, individual accounts, online reservations, flexible price lists and detailed visit descriptions. In systems like these every needless click is multiplied by the number of visits in a month.

The hardest UX tasks are the ones where the user has to build something rather than merely pick it. The 3D creator for ROBS Group lets you intuitively design high bay storage systems and plan the layout of a warehouse, with the number of pallet places calculated as you go. Realistic 3D models and a wide choice of accessories are part of the interface there, not an ornament.
